I helped develop and produce a summit experience that inspired and provided guests with actionable next steps for them to exercise their influence, while also helping to drive new revenue for TIME. I provided a strategic approach to the summit’s programming architecture, along with a creative vision to scale for future events.

The Experience: Upon check-in, guests were welcomed with a light F&B experience in the pre-function area as they embarked on the guest journey to the main room guided by a red line, which leaned into TIME's iconic and recognizable red frame. 

 

All guests made their way through the Change Makers Row (or tunnel) of iconic TIME portraits from past to present as a key sharable moment.

 

Once guests exited the tunnel they were prompted to sign up and make change in their communities. Once they signed up, they were provided a red ball to write the change they were going to make. Once completed, they would drop it into an
acrylic "100" frame (shown in the photos in the media section).

The main stage was where a livestream of notable speakers and moderators engaged the audience with inspiring conversation on how to make change globally.

I designed the main stage with the iconic TIME red border in mind. The draped red fabric provided a sense of flipping through the magazine. The red fabric also lended itself to light movement in the background throughout the summit.
